What exactly is The Artventory?
One platform for limited-edition art: your catalogue, your numbered editions, your sales, your certificates and your collectors. Instead of a spreadsheet, a folder of PDFs and your memory, one register that knows where every piece is.
What does it cost?
Artist Essentials is €29/month and Artist Pro €79/month. Galleries start at €249/month with three artists included. Every plan starts with 30 days free, prices exclude VAT, and paying yearly gives you two months.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 30 days on any plan. A card sets it up so nothing breaks on day 31, and if you cancel before then you are not charged.
Can I bring my existing catalogue in?
Yes. Send us whatever you have (Excel, Numbers, a Google Sheet, a folder of images) and we import it with you. The first studio's 583 pieces went in in an afternoon.
How do certificates work?
Every numbered piece gets a unique code the moment you sell it. The certificate is an A4 PDF you can print and sign, and it is bound to that one piece and that one owner for ever, including the ones you void.
Does it work at an art fair?
That is what Fair mode is for. Hand a collector the iPad: they browse the collection, tap a size, see the price and leave their details. They never see your back office, and the order lands in your sales the moment you confirm it.
Where does my data live, and who can see it?
EU-hosted, exportable any day, and yours. Roles decide who sees money: an assistant can update the catalogue without ever seeing a price.
I am a gallery with several artists. Does that work?
Yes. One login covers every artist you represent, with consignments, commissions and deposits per artist. Three artists are included; beyond that you add them one at a time. If your setup is bigger than that, book a call and we will build the plan around it.
Which languages does it speak?
English, Nederlands and Español today. Deutsch is next.
